What is Authority?
Power invested in a job role or given to another person which enables them to exercise control over and individual(s).
Different types of authority
Positional - Here authority is invested in the job role, in a particular situation (project leader) for a particular amount of time or in technical expertise.
Interpersonal - Power passed from one individual to another based on mutual perceptions/expectations, e.g., seeing someone as charismatic, dominant, one-up, wise, controlling.
DEALING WITH - EXAMS WORKSHOP
Working towards exams can creating feelings of worry and being under pressure, especially at GCSE level, A Level or at university where you’re aiming for a degree. Then add COVID-19 into the mix. However there are a range of things that you can do to help deal with the stress that you might be feeling…
Keep it in perspective - Whatever happens in your exams, you can still be successful in life afterwards. So if you don’t do as well as you’d hoped, try to keep things in perspective.

Failing to manage your time damages your effectiveness and causes stress.
It seems that there is never enough time in the day. But, since we all get the same 24 hours, why is it that some people achieve so much more with their time than others? The answer lies in good time management.
